JUMBO Glass Group | Global leading manufacturer of oversize glass and super energy-efficient glass (2000+)
JUMBO Glass Group is a professional supplier of architectural glass characterized by the production of oversize jumbo glass, as well as the production of super energy-saving glass such as double silver LOW-E, triple silver Low-E, and vacuum glass. JUMBO Glass Group has developed from the establishment of Gevergel Engineering Glass Co., Ltd. in 2000, specializing in the production of heat reflective glass and Low-E glass. It now has three production bases, specializing in tempered glass, jumbo tempered glass, laminated glass, jumbo laminated glass, insulated glass, jumbo insulated glass, reflective glass, Low-E energy-saving glass, vacuum glass, fire-resistant glass, bulletproof glass, curved tempered glass, heat-bent glass, screen printed glass, digital printed glass, heat soaked glass and other deep processed glass. Our products are widely used in construction projects such as glass doors and windows, glass curtain walls, shower door glass, glass partitions, glass railings, swimming pool glass fences, glass sunrooms, glass floors, etc. JUMBO Glass has specially introduced the world's most advanced tempering furnace, which can produce large-size jumbo tempered glass with a width of 3.3 meters by length of 20 meters for flat tempered glass, an arc width of 2.80 meters by higth of 7.5 meters for curved tempered glass, and an arc width of 3.66 meters by higth of 3.3 meters for curved tempered glass. The thickness is 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 19mm, 22mm, and 25mm. The laminated glass is 3.3 meters by 18 meters wide, and the insulated glass is 3.3 meters by 12 meters wide. At the same time, the world's most advanced magnetron sputtering coating production line introduced by JUMBO Glass produces golden reflective glass that sells well in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Our glass products comply with Australian standard AS/NZS 2208, American standard ANSI Z97.1, as well as European standards EN14449, EN12150, and EN14179. We have over 20 years of experience in glass production and processing technology, and are senior glass experts who are always available to answer your questions and provide guidance on product selection, installation, and maintenance.

Core Product Matrix
1. Jumbo structural glass
Maximum size: 3.3m (W) x 20m (L) x 25mm (T), thickness 12mm, 15mm, 19mm, 22mm, 25mm
Application areas: super high-rise curtain walls, airport domes, star rated hotels, super malls, exhibition centers, and automotive exhibition halls.
2. Super energy-saving glass
Comparison table of thermal conductivity (U value) of glass, data based on typical product parameters, actual values may vary due to factors such as process, thickness, gas filling, etc.:
remarks:
I. Definition of U value: The lower the U value, the better the insulation performance.
II. Influencing factors:
Gas filling: Filling hollow glass with argon gas (Ar) or krypton gas (Kr) can reduce the U value by about 0.2~0.5.
Glass thickness: Increasing the thickness can slightly reduce the U value.
Coating process: Double silver and triple silver Low-E coatings have higher reflectivity than single silver coatings.
3. Practical application:
Three silver Low-E insulating glass and Low-E vacuum glass are commonly used in cold or hot regions.
Ordinary insulated glass is suitable for general energy-saving buildings.
Suggest selecting the glass type based on specific project requirements, taking into account climate conditions, cost budget, and energy-saving standards (such as LEED, Passivhaus).
