Ordering & Lead Time FAQ

What is your typical lead time?

A: Approximately 3–4weeks from approved shop drawing, plus sea freight. This is a planning range, not a fixed quote — the actual schedule is confirmed in writing at order acknowledgment.

  • Standard Low-E IGU under 500 m²: typically 3–4weeks.
  • Jumbo laminated panels over 3000 × 6000 mm: allow 4–6 weeks.

Lead time depends on configuration (monolithic vs IGU vs laminated), quantity, coating availability and season. HST, if specified, adds time. Plan logistics and container booking early.Related: Jumbo Glass Procurement Guide

What payment terms do you accept?

A: Common terms are a deposit with order (typically 30%) and before shipment or balance against copy of bill of lading , negotiated per project. We work with T/T, and for established clients or larger projects other arrangements can be discussed.

Payment terms, currency, Incoterms and LC details are confirmed in the proforma invoice and purchase contract.Related: Contact our sales team

What information do I need to provide for a quotation?

A: The more complete your RFQ data pack, the more accurate the quote. At minimum, send:

  1. Project location, climate zone and façade orientation
  2. Glass sizes, quantities, vision/spandrel split
  3. Performance targets: U-value, SHGC, VLT
  4. Coating preference (single/double/triple silver) and surface position
  5. IGU build-up: cavity width, gas fill, spacer type
  6. Safety: tempered / laminated (PVB/SGP), HST requirement
  7. Max size and handling constraints; drawings and sample/mock-up needs

See the full checklist in each Selection Guide and the Procurement Guide.

Can you provide free samples?

A: Yes — we can supply coating samples, small glass coupons and make-up samples for approval.Larger physical mock-ups or full-size panels are quoted separately. We are happy to discuss coating-only swatches for architect/consultant review at no charge, with shipping arranged by the client.

Do you honor the quoted price?

A: Yes — written quotations are valid for the validity period stated on the quote (commonly 30 days). Pricing is based on the specifications, quantities and material costs at that time. Raw-glass and coating prices can fluctuate, so confirm the order within the validity window, or request a re-quote.Related: Contact our sales team
