A: Up to approximately 3300 × 20000 mm (about 65.6 × 11 ft) for monolithic and laminated sheets.

What is the maximum size for an insulating glass unit (IGU)?

A: Up to approximately 13000 × 3000 mm (about 42.6 × 9.8 ft) for a sealed IGU.

The IGU format is the limiting envelope for jumbo projects — sealed units are constrained by gas filling, edge seal, handling and transport in a way that monolithic sheets are not. A real project example is the Qianhai Chuangjin Tower, whose double-silver laminated IGU panels were 1800 × 4300 mm, chosen by the unitized framing system rather than the maximum manufacturing envelope.Related: IGU Selection Guide

A: Yes — all architectural glass is fabricated to order against approved shop drawings. Send us your drawings with sizes, quantities, vision/spandrel split, edge conditions and fixing method, and we will confirm feasibility, lead time and price.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: MOQ depends on the product type and whether a coating run is required. For standard stock items we can often accommodate smaller trial orders; for custom Low-E coatings or jumbo laminated panels, a production run has a minimum area that we will quote per project.
