A: A: Our production base is in Foshan and Guangzhou, Guangdong, China — a major glass and building-materials manufacturing region, with good access to ports for export.

What certifications do you hold?

A: We hold company management-system and product certifications. The current certificate package includes:

• Management: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) — where applicable.
• Product: EN 12150-2, EN 14449, EN 1279, ISO 12543, ASTM C1048, ASTM C1172, ASTM E1300, plus IGCC / CE / UKCA / SASO where registered.

What notable projects have you supplied?

A: Our projects include the Qianhai Chuangjin Tower — a 149.7 m tower using double-silver laminated Low-E IGU in a unitized curtain wall.Other completed work covers commercial façades, skylights, canopies, observation bridges, glass partitions and automotive showrooms. Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

A: We are a manufacturer with our own production facilities and quality-control team. This means we control the make-up, coating, tempering, lamination, IGU sealing and inspection in-house, and can support customisation, factory visits (by appointment) and project-specific technical review.

What warranty do you provide?

A: We offer a 10-year IGU seal warranty, subject to the terms and conditions stated in the contract (coverage, exclusions, claim procedure and transferability).

Product and performance warranties beyond the seal warranty are project-specific and confirmed in writing. Proper installation, edge protection and handling are prerequisites for warranty coverage.Related: Certificates
